Booking conditions and methods of payment
For a booking confirmation we ask the payment of 50% of total amount, and the rest one week before arrival. Payments should be done by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal and Bizum.
Seasonal prices, duration of stay and discounts
High Season are holidays, Easter, Christmas, July and August. And Low Season is the rest of the year.
Minimum stay usually is 2 nights, but on High Season is 3 nights.
Discounts: for stays from one week, we apply a 10% discount, and for two weeks, we make up to 20% discount.
During winter there are extra costs of heating and firewood for chimneys that will be charged separately depending on the length of stay. Up to 3 nights, The Guest House is 100€ and the Main House is 150€.
To have complete exclusivity of the property but without occupying the Guest House, it can be blocked for 50% of its cost.
The usual check-in time is 16.00h and check-out time is 12.00h. These can only be changed after prior consultation with the property and according to availability.
There is a security deposit that will be refunded in 48h, after we check there hasn’t been any damages. Guest House is 200€ and Main House is 500€.
If the cancellation takes place at least 30 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the reservation already paid will be refunded.
Upon command we can offer the organization of different activities and tailor-made experiences: wine tastings and winery visits, gastronomy and showcooking, beekeeping, cultural visits, adventure sports, birdwatching, etc.
The Events Pavilion has a separate fee, depending on the number of people and use.
