There is a different building specially adapted for professional use. It has a completely open interior space that can be turned into conference room, meeting room, dining room, workshop, studio, etc. It has its own fully equiped kitchen and two bathrooms.

For open-air activities, the Event Pavilion is connected with two large terraces on different levels, of 240 m2 and 180 m2, and also with a large open field of 1,600 m2 where a tent can be installed.

There is also a large open-air parking space for visitors.
